Even though I have issues with it, it's a well done mod and offers much more control and customization for players who love isometric strategy games. Regardless, it's good to see something new coming out for the game and a new release of 1.13. There's no scale to use to determine what settings are right for you. The settings simply aren't balanced against each other very well and many of the tweakable options and settings can be difficult to parse outcomes. You're simply expected to mess around with it and find something that works for you, but this is a problem because of the necessary restarts if you're not getting the experience you want. On top of that, there is very little in terms of documentation as to what each setting does and what recommended levels are for a desired difficulty. Realizing that you set a variable to be too easy or too difficult after playing for 10 hours and having to start over is definitely one of the biggest issues I have with 1.13. When the game can run around 30 hours (or more) for a playthrough, and most of the setting options effects not becoming apparent until midgame, it's problematic to test and find out what works for an individual player regarding difficulty.
